Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#When%20not%20to%20file%20a%20bug.

This appears to be the "gwibber daily PPA" (https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa)

To remove this PPA from your software sources you will need to do the following:

1. Goto System --> Administration --> Software Sources
2. In the System Sources dialog, select the "Other Software" tab
3. Select the row(s) containing "giwbber daily" & then click on the "remove" button. (Be careful to ensure that you select the correct row as you may inadvertently remove the wrong software repository if you select the wrong row)
4. Click on the "close" button
5. You will be presented with a dialog box displaying "The information about available software is out-of-date". Click on the "reload" button.

That should resolve the issue.
