I pressed "d" for details in the terminal and I can't get out to continue the upgrade installation.

The terminal notified me that I have five programs that will be uninstalled because the updated version of Ubuntu does not need it. I wanted to see what they were so I pressed "d" and pressed enter. It showed the five programs, but I don't know how to get out of the menu to re-enter the upgrade process. This is what I currently see:
