change system sounds notebook remix?

hello i was just trying to change/edit the system sounds ,startup, click, exit, ect. on notebook remix 9.10. when i go to pref. sounds. i cannot change anything like in previous versions of ubuntu . thank you

I think U have problems with sound drivers

So, please convert this Q to bug and provide some addition info in following way:

$ apport-collect -p unr-meta <Launchpad bug number>
