How to add panels in Ubuntu netbook remix.

Hi I have just installed Ubuntu netbook remix on my netbook. I'm using Ubuntu on my desktop. I'm used to docky and panels. I used to have sensor info, weather info, system monitor on my panels. How can I add a panel in Ubuntu netbook remix.
How can I add specific folders and launchers to the favorites tab in netbook remix.
