You may want to run:

sudo apt-get install xcompmgr

As well. Make sure you have what cairo-dock needs

It's the same difference. You can report a bug as the option in LightDM is not working

If you are experiencing issues with Cairo Dock not starting on Ubuntu 18.04, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Check for Dependencies:
Ensure that all the required dependencies are installed. Cairo Dock may have certain dependencies that need to be met https://www.chaseforadventure.com/beaches-in-railay-beach-krabi/ for it to run.
