Is there a ghost ap for Ubuntu / linux?

I have a dead laptop (Kubuntu 12.04) and want to ghost the drive to another PC hard drive. Is there an ap for that in Linux?

dd can do this for you. Both partitions will need to be unmounted and you can sequentially write from one drive to the other.
