Left click on launcher icons only works once (Ubuntu 14.04)

Left clicking on an icon on the launcher works the first time, but after that not anymore. Middle and right clicks however still work. Also dragging the icon with left click still works.
This happens to each icon individually.
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04. Anyone else experiencing this?

Installed Ubuntu 14.04 a couple of days ago. And I still have this bug. Can only left-click ones on launcher icons. If I then close the program and try to re-open, left click does nothing. It is sometimes possible to right click, though, and open the app by selecting 'open in a new window' for for instance Chromium and Files.

I managed to stop this from happening by displaying the Launcher bar on both displays. When I first installed 14.04 I configured the bar to only be on one monitor, which seemed to be what was causing the problem.

I have the same issue here, as I have 2 monitors only work when I have launcher bar on both displays. I can click only once on each icon.
