launcher not working correctly

i am using ubuntu 12.04 and the launcher is acting really weird. when i close a app its icon stays in the launcher even when i dont have it locked to launcher. the only thing i have tried is do a unity reset using the terminal and it spat out a bunch of warnings/errors. i dont see the option to attach the file showing the errors. thanks

Try:

compiz --replace

May help.

Thanks, launcher seems to be working ok now. but it still spat out warnings after runing compiz --replace. Best Regards
