Is there any GUI means other than Launcher to see what are the available installed programs in Ubuntu 12.04, like the menu in the previous versions

I installed Ubuntu 12.04 and find a lot of problems regarding the finding and launch of all installed and available programs. Is there any GUI means other than Loancher to see what are the available installed proograms in Ubuntu 12.04 , like the menu in the previous versions.

Use the dash, press [Super-key] aka [Windows-key], the second symbol will display all installed applications.
