i am missing, the system administration & applications on my desktop

i got firefox. on my screen. on the left side i have 13 launchers. i dont know how to reset to my old screen the problem is that i lost my applications & system & administration can you please help my fix this thank you

Just press ALT+F2 and you can find apps there by typing the name. You can drag your most use apps to the laft hand panel for easy access. You can find system settings in the cog icon in the top right hand corner. I am assuming Gnome desktop with Unity shell.
