Dash will not scroll properly.

The dash scrolls a few lines at a time. I can keep turning the wheel on my mouse, and it will not scroll for awhile. Then it jumps a little farther down then freezes again, then jumps a few more lines down, then freezes again. It does tis till I reach the last row of icons. Then on the way back to the top of the dash it starts all over , freezes then jumps a couple of lines over and over till it reaches the top of the dash page. It did not do this till I upgraded from 11.10 to 12.04. ubuntu.

every thing else works great. Movies, music,web,chat, phone,pictures,mail,ect.,
Its just the DASH is acting funny as I said before.

Thank you for the questions. I installed ubuntu 12.10. every thing is fine so far.
I did not have that dash problem in ubuntu 11.10 ubuntu. Just 12.04, I believe it,
was an nvidia graphics driver problem. I did not have a problem with the graphics card in 11.10.
I do not seem to have a problem in 12.10 so far. every thing looks great. ubuntu 12.04lts is
The distro that gave me a hard time. I installed it about five times before I gave up.
I burned it to disc and usb drive. Followed all burning instructions. I am sure I was not doing,
Something right, or it would have worked better for me. But I have 12.10 installed now.

 OK, glad you solved it. Yes probably the Nvidia driver conflicted with
Unity. Some bugs exists.
