change location of unity launcher

I am trying to move the unity launchpad to the bottom of screen, I beleive it would make it more convinient for me.

hi warren, it looks like it is not possible with version 12.04 thanks any for the suggestion....and from the bug i just attached it looks like it will never make it into the default settings :(
