Re-install. That is the most sufficient and fastest way.

It is not nessesary to lose you personal data , but you will lose all your applications and configurations files.

If you want further help on How to re-install , post back.

Thanks

Thanks managed to open a terminal and run sudo apt-get intsall -f , and seemed fix it .
