Launch bar icon re-size

Hi,

I know it's a trivial question but here goes.

I have just installed 12.04 and updated all the packages.

I am unable to re-size the icons on the launch bar because
there is no icon slider bar in the appearance panel.

Anyone know why that is?

Yes, it is possibil but experimental.
To do so, make sure that "CompizConfig" is installed (via Software Center) and run it!
In CompizConfig: Ubuntu Unity Plugin → Experimental → Launcher Icon Size.
The setting should take effect almost instantly after you change the value.
