Text is unclear

I don't even know how to ask this question in a way that makes sense. If I open a menu from the top bar (far right), the text is "choppy" and unlcear.

Can you make a screenshot (Press the Print Screen key on the keyboard), upload it to some picture sharing site (for example http://imm.io/ ), post the link here and explain which part look blury if you can't see it in the shot?
Also can you post the output of "lspci" and "lsmod"?

Is this a permanent issue, or does it just appear when you bring the computer out of sleep?

It was a permanent issue, however, since I was unable to resolve the issue I had with the loss of the launcher bar in 3D mode, I did a full re-install. The problem I was having with the text was resolved with the re - install.
