Disable the 3D effect

Hi, I lost my side panel and the upper panel in the home screen. It is because, i activated the 3D desktop effect.
So, how can i disable the 3D effect in ubuntu screen

Use Unity2D session will not use any 3D effects, this makes it lighter and run faster.
