erased oem no ethernet icon symbol on launcher how do i fix

i erased oem , the internet symble will not come on start up page. i also think i erased umbuntu file updates. how can i retrieve that data?

Hi Amy,

you can get your files and internet symbols back by visiting panel in the left panel where you have listed your programms. Then there you can add if to popular. Also you can run any program by pressing ALT + F1 keys and then type program.

You can update your Ubuntu by going to Update manager which you can also found in Dash panel.
