Can not see sidebar and system menu

After I installed AMD Catalyst™ Proprietary Display Driver - Linux x86 & Linux x86_64, I restarted system. But I cannot see anything on desktop except menu in left top of the screen. How can I fix this problem? Please help me, thank you!

Since these problems are related to video card capabilities

Before to login press on the Ubuntu little circle icon and select another item than ubuntu (switch to unity-2d)

then try to run this test:

Do you mean that ubuntu 2d? I tried it, but nothing changes.
