Clicking Icon from Unity launcher maximizes to white window

Basically, when you maximize a window when it's open and then minimize it, after clicking on the app icon in Unity, it maximizes to a blank white window. It works for all apps from what I can tell.

Yep, works fine. This only occurs in Unity 3D for me.
