Unity MT Grab Handles plugin disappeared!

In ccsm, under uncategorized plugins, there's no more shadow of MT Grab Handles.
I'm pretty sure it was there at first, as I configured it.

How to restore it back?

I'm running 11.10

open a terminal and type the below command to reset all unity settings.

$ unity --reset

can think of 2 possibilities short of you removed the .so from /usr.lib/compiz

Are you using the Unity staging ppa ?, if so unity-5.X does not include the plugin
or
Have you removed unity and are using unity-2d?

unity --version should be informative
