Lost Minimize,Maximize,Close buttons in Unity (11.04)

el escritorio de ubunto se me dano en el momento que estaba configurando los efectos de ubuntu 11.04 y no me aparece en el encabezado de las ventanas la opcion de minimizar, cerrar, ampliar
