11.10 64bits, my top bar and my side bar are gone only the desktop menus are there like file, veiw, go ... so please help me asap

I am using the latest Ubuntu 64bit and my top bar and my side bar are gone only the desktop menus are there like file, view, go ... so please help me asap need more info please ask ill reply soon

Try to do this:
1. Login into Ubuntu
2. Open a terminal by hitting CTRL + ALT + T
3. Insert and run this command:
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/compiz-1
unity --reset
