I upgraded my 11.04 to 11.10, but want to go back since I do not want to work with the new gnome desktop. Prefer the OLD ubuntu classic.

I have upgraded to the latest 11.10.
However, I want the old ubuntu-classic desktop with the task bar, the menu system and the easy workplace switcher.
So please, tell me how I can downgrade to 11.04.
Or do I have to re-install 11.04 completely? If so, is the installation image still available?
