Need how-to for switching from unity to GNOME 3 CLASSIC

I just finished loading 11.10. Did some preliminary testing and would like to switch back to the GNOME 3 CLASSIC desktop.
I need a step by step HOW-TO.
There's a You-Tube version, but it assumes you got the link on the left bar of the 11.04 or some such place. I don't have access to that and the picture is too small to read on the video.
Just a link to the steps would be very helpful.
