appearance for ubuntu 11.10

hi ,

when I upgraded ubuntu to the latest version(ubuntu 11.10) , I couldn't find the themes for window borders , folders and fonts in the appearance section. Does ubuntu has stopped those things or are they in a seperate folder

please help

You are right, the settings for appearance properties have been removed from 11.10. You can still edit some settings by adding some additional packages, or editing files manually. See instructions on the thread here:
