Dash button on a Launcher. How to return it back to top panel?

It's noncomform for me. How to return it to top panel?

Please be sure your pc is connected to the net (use wired connection if you can)

To try to get your pc interface working please try by pressing ctrl+alt+f1 made login with your user and password, then type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install unity-2d
sudo apt-get --reinstall install compiz-gnome
compiz --reset
unity --reset

to reboot press ctrl + alt + del

If you are still in trouble... at user login please select (see at bottom of login page) Unity-2d or Ubuntu classc or Ubuntu classic no effects

I very like Unity. But I didn't like that this button on left panel instead top panel (like it be in Ubuntu 11.04). I don't want to use Unity-2d or Ubuntu classic (or old Unity), I only want to see this button on a top panel.
