how to configure unity keyboard shortcuts?

In 11.10 Beta 1, how do you configure the Unity keyboard shortcuts?

(And especially, what has become of the "Window Placement" shortcuts that used to be Ctrl + Alt + Num ? to position windows/center windows? While the default bindings were never my favorites, the functionality is very useful.)

Unity is configured in CCSM as it is simply a plugin for compiz
