alt tab show the old and the new display

Hello

i am testing Ubuntu 11.10 alpha3 and i found out that when i use alt-tab it shows not only the new way but the old way also. Does anybody knows if that is a bug or if i am doing something wrong? If this is a bug, with which package is it related?

after an update alt-tab switcher works just fine!
