How do I see all the programs installed in ubuntu 11.10 using Unity

How do I see all the programs installed in ubuntu 11.10? It seems as though I need to search for something to get anything.

Unity in 10.04 seems to let me browse

Press Windows key and you can see all runable apps. Once ran you can pin them to the unity panel.

11.10 is alpha dev-release (read alpha3 download page). Dash is broken at the moment. Bugs are expected. Please search bug reports if getting any issue, test whatever you like, if there isn't a bug already reported, report a new one. Thanks.
