Unity not have force quit toolbar plugin, how to kill an application ?

In UBUNTU 11.04 I don't have the force quit. But I need force quit. How can I get it in my UBUNTU 11.04 ?

sometimes (hardly) some programs like media player get hang . that time I want to use force quit.

You can press ALT+F2 and run:

xkill

you can now click the app to kill it

Right click in the Panel bar -> Add to Panel -> Select Force Quit.

It will add an icon in your panel.

Click the Force Quit Icon then click on the unresponsive window or application with a cross hair mouse to close it.

thanks . But actually I am using the UBUNTU 11.04. here there is not any option come when clicking left at panel bar. How can I do it?
