unity Launcher is gone!

The Unity Launcher in my PC is gone i cannot open anything my screen is blank(With Wallpaper) I Opened my browser by clicking keys randomly when i clicked something Ubuntu Desktop Guide thing popped up and I clicked Ask Questions online button which opened my browser.The buttons that close,minimize and maximize buttons are gone.Please help.
