switch classic to unity view

Asked by heather michel

I upgraded to natty and due to work stuff needed my desktop back at the classic view.

I would like to try switching back for a bit to see if I can make it work.

Is there a way?

Also the big problem I had was I needed to see my open windows (like you do on your bottom panel in classic) so I can switch between many open windows for work.

Is that possible?

Thank you!

Logout from your acutal user...
and then look at bottom of session login window, there is a listbox to choose the preferred mode...
