radiotray does not appear in Unity

I have upgraded to 11.04 and find that the excellent little program RadioTray does not appear in the system tray area when I use the Unity interface. If I use Ubuntu Classic it appears as normal and works fine.

Unity blacklists most applications from using the system tray.
