re-add app icon to launcher in 11.04

I removed the icon for Cheese from the launcher on 11.04 by right clicking the "keep in launcher" tab. I can't put the icon back on the launcher by dragging and dropping for the app. screen. I removed it because it had no 'picture' as icon just a black place on the launcher. I have another black place on the launcher with 'Misfit Model 3d' app. I can't label the "no label" tab when I right click on the black space either. How do I label the black space and re-put 'Cheese' app on the launcher?

OPen cheese from Alt+F2 cheese or from the lens. Right click and Keep in Launcher.
