Loosing title bar of windows in Unity

I have the problem that I loose the title bar of all my windows sometimes in Unity running Ubuntu 11.04. I am running on a Dell E6410 with a second screen in Twinview (Dell U2711). Having lost the title bar, the minimize, maximize and close buttons are not available too of course. Also I cannot drag windows around anymore. Running "unity --replace" fixes it for a while. Is this a known issue? Any further details needed? I have a screenshot.

I "lose" the title bar behind the "application/menu" bar running Ubuntu 11.04, Unity, and Twinview on a Dell.
To move the window hold the ALT key and click and hold anywhere in the window and drag the window to where ever you want.
