Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) Beta 1 must be more customizable

I have installed Ubuntu 11.04 and i find it good interface and i need it should more customizable so that according to my choice i can make task bar up and down and also keep task bar small and big and also put some more screen resolution accordingly user can adjust.

Lots of features need to be learned new on Unity.
Unity is (also) a compiz plugin which is available through CCSM, where e.g. the launcher can be adjusted to small or big.
Install compizconfig-settings-manager to get CCSM.
Afaik the dash size is hardcoded.

Screen resolution is related to video card.
Key: Alt+F2
Run gnome-display-properties to view available resolutions.
In some cases resolution needs to be added to xorg.conf
