Other way to make a workaround is to activate the compiz fusion icon in the unity's top bar systray. I activate all the icons with this command:

gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist "['all']"

I restarted and the compiz fusion icon is now in the systray in the top bar of unity. When the top bar turns black, you just need to rigth click in the icon and select "Reload window manager"
