U1 account change

I have received an email indicating a change to my account:

Hello,

You have just changed your account subscription. Upgrades will take effect immediately.

You’re now subscribed to:
- Ubuntu One Free (5 GB)

(...)

I have previously purchased the 20GB package so am rather concerned and confused as to this notification. Can someone look into it please? Thanks.

Verified - subscription doesn't end until 2013 and there are no dates in the billing history which correlate to a date last week.

I've checked via the U1 client and online and both still state that I have 25gb (ie 5gb free + 20gb pack) so everything still seems to be there...
