Ubuntu One Help !!!!

I am using Ubuntu One And Having A Problem I Was Uploading A File Then I deleted It All Together And It Is Still Trying To Upload Even Tho I Have Deleted The Folder From Ubuntu One Aswel Any Help Please I Need This Sorted Please Can Someone Help Me

What if you kill the process off, does that help?
