how to sync down from Ubuntuone.com

Hello everyone
Apparently there are two Ubuntuone's, one being a desktop client that is down syncing with empty files. The other is ubuntuone.com this where all of my folders and files are. This used to sync down with no problem and I have used it several times.

My problem is my computer synced with the client when I upgraded to Natty instead of ubuntuone.com.

Is there a way to transfer from the .com to the client or re-sync the .com files?

What I found was a gzip file in the Ubuntu One folder. Ubuntu One was having trouble uploading the file. Deleted the file and the syncing finished. It looks like everything works.
