Doesn't breaking Ubuntu One contact syncing for 10.04 violate the idea of "Long Term Support"?

Asked by Brian Dunnette

Synchronization of contacts between Ubuntu 10.04.x and Ubuntu One is currently broken (per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Status#Contacts), and has been for some time -- doesn't this, to some extent, violate the idea that 10.04 is the release that will receive "Long Term Support" from Canonical?
