Missing separators in the system menu in the Radiance theme

Hi,

I installed Unity 7.5.0 on Ubuntu 21.04 and I found out that the separators (horizontal lines) in the system menu https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SystemMenu are missing in the Radiance theme.

(They are not missing in the Ambiance theme)

Can I somehow add them?
