Audio and Video codecs without codecs

Hi

i´m new user of linux ubuntu ...

How can i install audio n` video codecs without internet

it`s really necesary have internet to instal those plug ins , n other apps ???

Can you help me?

you need the internet or someone that has the internet and find the deb files.

to install them with internet

sudo apt-get install vlc ffmpeg ubuntu-restricted-extras

and then do this after you do that

type this into terminal

sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list \
 --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list &&
sudo apt-get -q update &&
sudo apt-get --yes -q --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring &&
sudo apt-get -q update

then hit enter

then

sudo apt-get install w32codecs

then enter

but you need internet
