ubuntu packages to make java work for flash player

I need to get flash player for chrome. I can't get java to play the chrome flash player. I don't know how to install!!!

Chrome should have a flash player already enabled.

Chrome comes with Pepper Flash by default. You don't need to install anything. WebUpd8 has a PPA for Oracle Java.
