software center ubuntu restricted extra .
open center then in the window at the top right type in ubuntu restricted extra then install .

New to Ubuntu: read the Ubuntu Manual, it's very informative: http://ubuntu-manual.org/
Click on the "download Button" to download the latest PDF version.

You want to install one of the following packages (just ONE):

Ubuntu: ubuntu-restricted-extras

Kubuntu: kubuntu-restricted-extras

Xubuntu: xubuntu-restricted-extras

You can install it using Synaptic Package Manger, KPackageKit, Software Center, or the Terminal

Additional information can be found at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats

Can you help with this problem?
