I was updating my ubuntu version 22.04 to 22.10 but it was getting stopped with error cause of something like, "Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and try the upgrade again."

I am getting error while updating the ubuntu software from 22.04 to 22.10:

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

 This was likely caused by:
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge
package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and
try the upgrade again.

Did you disable all PPAs in your OS before running the upgrade (if you have them)?
