Contact with Canonical from this form => http://www.ubuntu.com/business/desktop

Here is not the appropriate place for such questions.

Or maybe you can open a bug.. ??

Thanks

Yes , but here in Launchpad Answer Tracker , we are simple users (like you) , we are not Canonical's employees or something similar.
So I guess you have to answer somewhere else about this problem.

Thanks

There is a contact page for Canonical here
http://www.ubuntu.com/business/services/contact

As far as getting your money back you will have to contact them. I don't know if anybody here represents Canonical but as pointed out by Nick this is a user forum so not the place to ask this question sorry.

If you are still having problems with the software however feel free to open a new question with details of the problem and the more experienced amongst us will try to help.

Or you could try contacting the head office details below.

If you want to speak to someone right away, don't forget you can call us or write to us at one of our offices. Our London-based head office is a good place to start.

Canonical Group Limited
5th Floor, Blue Fin Building
110 Southwark Street
London SE1 0SU
United Kingdom

Main switchboard number: +44 20 7630 2400
Main fax number: +44 20 7630 2401

Can you help with this problem?
