Try using libreoffice

I have not tried this though.

I agree with Warren.

According to this website

http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/pcd

you should be able to view the .pcd files using Libre Office.

In writer from the menu select insert picture.

Another option is a program called XnViewMP. I have no experience so can't comment if its any good or not but it is in the Software centre.
