Need to transfer gnome setup from one machine to another

I have 2 machines running 12.04.01. I want to transfer everything (including launcher setup) from one to another.

How do I do it?

Copy all the folders from yourhome folder. There are hidden folders so you will want to show those and copy them over. You will need to chown the files / folders to the user you copy to.

You don't need to copy ~/.basrc ~/.ICEauthority ~/.profile or ~/.Xauthority
