changing language to Arabic

Hello Everyone,

I have Question and i hope someone will help me with it

i have installed UBUNTU 12.04 from first day of release and it work very good until now i like it so much, but i want to change language from English to Arabic so ... how i can do that INSIDE my environment i mean i don't want
to format -> re-install Ubuntu 12.04 so what shall i do ? and is there any way i can do that without re-installing my OS, please help.

system settings -> user account -> language

and if you found any difficulty please refer this ( however it is for another language but things are same )
